All those technical related things

Believe it or not but this site was opened on January 4, 2007. Yeah that's right. Back then it used to be a fanlisting + shrine that only had a coming soon page. I kept saying to myself "I'll make a new layout and then work on the shrine!" but after 3 layout changes I never did because I was always too tired to work after making the layout. With the expiration of my domain, Sakura Biyori coming I came to a conclusion that I would close the site & fanlisting seeing as how I was so lazy and thought someone else could do Genis some justice.

Now, if that situtation came into effect then why would I be writing this? Of course some obstacles had to get in the way. One day I was talking to Rika & Lumina and they were talking about how they were finishing up their Presea shrines. They constantly nagged me to get my Genis shrine up or at least keep it. I took all that with a "Meh, will think about it" and that held up until I actually saw their shrines. I gained an instant boost of motivation and inspiration so I told myself I WOULD get the shrine up and NOT close the fanlisting. So after a bit where I worked on the shrine for at least 2 hours a day I got the shrine up and moved the whole thing to my new domain as well. So.. the shrine officially opened on April 27, 2008. (Yes, after more then a year :O) Many many thanks to Rika & Lumina, you guys gave me the motivation I so dearly needed. ♥
